Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients in the automotive industry
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions
• Escalate inquiries as required, ensuring prompt resolution for customers
• Develop strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted point of contact
• Document all customer interactions and provide regular reporting to management
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate client needs and deliver successful outcomes
• Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of Dew Software's offerings

Requirements

• Relevant experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Outstanding communication skills, with demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service over the phone and email
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries concurrently
• Detail-oriented with great organizational skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build strong customer relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
