The goal is to give our new hires a Dreamforce-like experience from the start and deliver equipped, engaged, and encouraged employees to functional onboarding programs and managers.<br/><br/>In this role, you will facilitate our New Hire programs locally and virtually, helping to ensure a smooth experience from the day the candidate signs their offer through their first year. You will join the team that contributes to the innovation, content development, and delivery of our Discovering Salesforce programs globally. You will partner closely with our Onboarding Operations and Tech &amp; Comms team to ensure all onboarding elements are centralized and visible. Together, all of these components are designed to make our new hires feel like part of our family and well-prepared to successfully navigate the exciting and fast paced world of salesforce.com.</span><br/><br/><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Be 100% focused on a world-class, highly effective New Hire Onboarding Experience</p></li><li><p>Facilitate Discovering Salesforce new hire program locally and virtually</p></li><li><p>Support redesign of Virtual Discovering Salesforce new hire program</p></li><li><p>Source and handle guest speakers</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with various collaborators and partners to implement our in-person onboarding events (including our Volunteering events )</p></li><li><p>Support event management &amp; logistics alongside onboarding operations</p></li><li><p>Partner with our Talent Experience M&amp;A team to optimally onboard our acquisitions locally</p></li><li><p>Support Discovering Salesforce and Onboarding and Employee Learning programming on ad hoc projects and program development needs</p></li><li><p>Facilitate other local Onboarding and Employee Learning programs as needed</p></li><li><p>Provide regular feedback to the Discovering Salesforce Content lead</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>Requirements </b></p><ul><li><p>Confident and proven presenter</p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrate excellent communication skills, helping to make complex concepts more simple with a flair for storytelling</span></p></li><li><p>Strong passion for corporate culture building and employee engagement</p></li><li><p>Ability to think strategically and demonstrate attention to detail, while being agile and flexible enough to move tactics forward instantaneously</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to work independently and manage the day-to-day program, as well as effectively manage and influence others</p></li><li><p>Experience working with global partners</p></li><li><p>Past experience with Salesforce a plus</p></li><li><p>Ability to work 3-4 days a week in the office</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal skills.
