Glue Application Associate - MFG 11th Ave., Jasper, IN

This position begins as a full-time regular team member working 40-50 hour per week with approved overtime. The Gluer is responsible for proper glue preparation and application of products to specifications.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend required documents
• Lift parts and maneuver in-process furniture 25+ lbs
• Stand/Walk on hard surfaces (concrete floors) for 8+ hours
• Understand and practice gluing processes
• Ability to become proficient in use of air tools including spray guns, screwdrivers, etc.
• Have an eye for Quality and finishing touches
• Support and engage in our programs including Stamp in Quality, Behavior Based Safety and 6S
• Ability to adapt and manage change
• Be team oriented

• Proven history or ability to demonstrate safe / responsible behavior, and a positive performance record (including attendance)
