SUMMARY
Under general supervision, plans and executes projects as needed relating to the administration of the MPS Quality Compensation (Q Comp) plan. Creates project and communication plans, assembles and oversees project teams, and coordinates change management.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Coordinates planning and implementation of projects including scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders as it relates to the administration of the MPS Q Comp Plan, which includes (but is not limited to):

Training for licensed staff, including New Teacher Orientation (NTO), Achievement of Tenure (AofT), and ProPay

Coordination of teacher observations, including training for observers, the observer assignment process, management of observation forms in SuccessFactors, and tracking of observation completion rates.

Coordination of Q Comp teacher leadership stipends, including annual communication plan, data management of the Q Comp Portal, and end-of-the-year verification and stipend payment.

In coordination with the district TOSA PDP Lead, oversee data management of PDP completion and annual payment of performance pay

Creates and implements communication plans for projects to keep all stakeholders up-to-date on project progress.

Creates follow up plans for evaluation of implemented projects.

Collaborates with outside partners.

Develops and delivers project-related trainings for district staff.

Continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders; identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
