Summary

As a Leasing Associate, you'll be the enthusiastic ambassador connecting students to their ultimate college home. Your days will be filled with giving lively tours, showcasing our awesome amenities, and working your magic to close sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a talent for crafting memorable experiences, a sales-oriented mindset, and a strong commitment to achieving goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome, assess, showcase – warmly greet prospective residents, understand their needs and preferences, professionally present property amenities, and benefits.  
• Secure sales – complete guest card information, give lively property tours, and continuously pursue leads to exceed goals, all within property management software. 
• Engage in marketing - Elevate dynamic outreach initiatives and consistently deliver top-tier customer service that establishes positive relationships.
• Exceptional hospitality - exceeding expectations, anticipating needs, and creating memorable experiences for all potential and current residents.
• Uphold Trinitas Core Values – Develop with Purpose & Passion, Act with Extreme Ownership, and Do the Right Thing

Who You Are:

• Received high school diploma or GED, preferably pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Skilled in Customer Service and Sales ideally in the student housing industry, and preferably proficient in Entrata and Microsoft Suite.
• Engaging - radiates charisma, effortlessly connecting with others through their outgoing nature and adept conversational skills, making every interaction an engaging experience.
• Driven - strong sales mindset, goal-oriented approach, and exceptional prioritization skills.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Ability to work 40 hours a week with weekend ability at least once a month.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors, participate in outreach, and sit for extended periods. 
• Able to occasionally lift 30 pounds, climb stairs, and walk long distances.
