Job scope:

The Head of Training & Development is responsible for leading the department resources and strategy to successfully deliver solutions to train and develop the customer personnel in all disciplines involved in the plant operation as well as some aspects of the company. Specific activities for the job are:

  • Support the proposals generation and interaction with customers to address their needs and expectations. 
  • Lead the training team on the execution of services.
  • Develop and implement new solutions for customers to increase the talent knowledge and performance. 
  • Develop and implement new training methods and platforms. 

Responsibilities & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Cement design, operation, and / or maintenance.
  • 3 years managing training departments, cement plants, or O&M service department preferred.
  • Manage training budgets for sales and SGA.
  • Deliver training on cement operations to support the group.
  • BS on Mechanical, Process / Chemical Engineering preferred, but other science or engineering degrees may be acceptable.
  • Experience with Office and education platforms.
