Senior Product Manager, Platform

The Senior Product Manager, Platform, will report to Director, Product, Internal Platforms and Tools and be responsible for leading the design and execution of Progyny’s technology platform strategy and roadmap. You will collaborate closely with Client Implementation, Member & Provider Experience, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Engineering, Information Security and Product leads from other squads.  You will partner cross functionally to enable scalable technology solutions that drive all aspects of the business growth and support our clients, members, partners and internal stakeholders.     

What you’ll do... 

• Contribute to the product strategy for the responsible spaces, build and prioritize the product roadmap accordingly with support of product leadership. 

• Build rapport with key stakeholders across the organization to gather input for product capabilities and features and align product roadmap with them.   

• Partner with other product managers and engineering teams to ideate, design and develop product solutions that will improve operational efficiency and optimize the technological platforms.  

• Drive measurement plan and report on overall KPIs as well as performance of newly released features and functions.   

• Engage in continuous discovery to learn and improve our technology platforms, based on technological trend, internal and external user input and evolving business need, and incorporate them in the product roadmap. 

About you…  

• 5+ years of experience in product management 

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science or business analytics field 

• Exceptional team player who embraces ambiguity and takes initiative to anticipate and solve problems 

• Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholder needs with business priorities, and drive trade-offs  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage large projects cross-functionally and translate digital investment into business benefits. 

• Ability to make decisions using various sources of quantitative and qualitative data, articulate the decisions and drive alignment 

• Be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with time-management skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to multitask. 

• Be driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others. 

• Resilient and passionate, understanding that change is constant and having the ability to adapt with a positive attitude.   

• Have a good understanding of technology platform products, such as Salesforce, AWS, network to communicate fluently between business stakeholders and engineering teams. 

• Experience with scrum or other agile methodologies and practices  

• Experience in healthcare is preferred, but not required
