Role Summary: 

The Senior Director, Dyne Patient Access and Education Team leads Dyne’s field-based Nurse Case Managers and Field Reimbursement Managers, who support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers throughout the treatment journey. This national leader builds, inspires, and develops a highperforming team responsible for patient and caregiver engagement, navigation of complex access processes, and successful post-prescribing conversion through first infusion and beyond. The Senior Director collaborates cross-functionally and externally to simplify access to patient care through a seamless, compassionate, and compliant support experience. 

This role is critical in shaping how Dyne engages with families, providing education about Dyne therapies and continuous support through the access and onboarding experience. It represents a unique opportunity for a patientfocused leader to help bring transformative therapies to the patients who need them. 

This is a field-based role. 

 
Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and develop high-performing Field Reimbursement Managers and Nurse Case Managers  
  • Oversee the comprehensive field-based Nurse Case Management and Access Program for Dyne 
  • Foster a coaching culture that enables deeper connection with patients, caregivers, and HCPs. 
  • Set the tone and culture of the team, role model Dyne patient and caregiver, and HCP engagement expectations 
  • Cultivate a “One Dyne” mindset that prioritizes transparency, shared ownership and accountability, where the success of cross-collaborative field team is central to the success of the individual team. 
  • Develop and execute a national plan that is strategically aligned with the overall US Market Access and Patient Services objectives and enables execution of regional business goals in partnership with other Field Leadership. 
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, communication, performance, training and professional development across the team. 
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional partners and external partners (specialty infusion providers, patient support services program) to ensure ongoing support to patients, and their families / caregivers and HCPs. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs involved with DYNE-251 therapy. 
  • Ensure team expertise in insurance coverage, reimbursement, PA processes, and payer landscapes. 
  • Drive problem-solving to resolve access barriers for patients, caregivers, and HCPs. 
  • Deliver execution plans and manage KPIs supporting post-prescribing performance. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with Dyne policies. 
  • Maintain deep understanding of DMD treatment journeys and adjust tactics
