Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, the senior manager is a key engineering and product leader in driving our InSight platform mission to propel digital transformation for our customers. We are seeking a leader to drive the strategy, execution, and delivery of InSight based digital solutions. The leader will build a core team to deliver the solution accelerators to scale the business with rapid implementations through Iron Mountain and partner teams.

Responsibility
● Responsible for digitization systems and technologies
● Digitizing documents using machine learning, AI technologies at an enterprise scale
● Manages effective stakeholder engagement across all levels. This includes the ultimate users of the platform and operations personnel.
● Encourages creativity and challenges traditional thinking to solve business problems.
● A talent multiplier who enables the digital teams to drive focus and increase velocity.
● Ensures the solution is able to scale to deliver standard business specific platform accelerators.
● Keeps abreast of industry trends through benchmarking, participation in professional associations, etc. in order to lead strategic business direction of the vertical.
● Lead, mentor, and grow multiple scrum teams of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
● Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
● Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps, technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
● Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, fostering their professional development and technical expertise in areas such as Python, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and microservices.
● Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.
● Identify and address technical challenges and risks, proactively finding solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
● Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new engineering talent.
● Manage team performance, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for growth.
● Ensure effective communication within the teams and with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and dependencies.
Skills Required
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
