Salesforce Program Manager

We’re looking for a Salesforce Program Manager with hands-on experience leading Salesforce implementations from kickoff through delivery, ensuring alignment across scope, timeline, and budget. You’ll serve as the bridge between clients and delivery teams, translating business goals into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.
You’ll balance structure with adaptability, using both Agile and traditional methods to navigate challenges and keep work on track. Program Leadership – Manage end-to-end formal projects within and between phases. Act as the primary client contact, ensuring alignment with project scope, driving project governance, and facilitating decision-making.
Project Planning & Execution – Partner with Sales and Delivery to mobilize, kick off, manage, and close projects. Complete readiness checklists, manage scope, timeline, and budget. Develop and maintain project plans, RAID Log, and other essential project documentation.
Team Resourcing – Ensure projects are appropriately staffed throughout their lifecycle. Collaborate with the internal operations team to coordinate resources across the company.
Risk & Stakeholder Management – Identify and mitigate risks to scope, timeline, budget, and resources. Maintain risk/issue logs, communicate proactively with clients and leadership, and translate business needs into actionable plans.
Client Relationships – Build strong, trusted partnerships with clients. Foster a collaborative, positive environment through clear and consistent communication.
Steering Committee Leadership – Drive education and alignment with client executives through bi-weekly updates
