Senior Technology Specialist - UX/UI Product Owner

<p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Technology Specialist – UX/UI Product Owner</strong> to be part of our <strong>IT Marketing Sales &amp; eBusiness </strong>team.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Position Snapshot</strong></p> <ul> <li>Location: Barcelona</li> <li>Type of Contract: Permanent</li> <li>Stream: IT Marketing Sales &amp; eBusiness</li> <li>Type of work: Hybrid</li> <li>Work Language: Fluent Business English</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>The role </strong></p> <p>In this position, you will be part of the D2C eCommerce Product Team, acting as a UX/ UI Product Owner for Nescafé Dolce Gusto brand.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do </strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with Nescafe Dolce Gusto Global Business Unit Product Manager owning UX/UI vision and strategy and translate the business vision into technical vision.</li> <li>Act as a Product Owner driving Nescafé Dolce Gusto UX/UI squad deliverables.</li> <li>Build and maintain UX/UI roadmap, prioritize the backlog, specify user stories with the help of a business analyst.</li> <li>Collaborate directly with the Creative Agency and validate the feasibility of the design implementation in Adobe Commerce. </li> <li>Participate in the ecommerce delivery, being part of a dedicated UX/UI squad.</li> <li>Monitor tech and business KPIs related to UX/UI and take actions for optimization.</li> <li>Coordinate preliminary studies, general systems specifications, and detailed systems specifications.</li> <li>Assess the delivery from external partners and act as the Nestlé in-house expert to validate proposals from agencies.                       </li> <li>Develop prototypes or POCs for proving out new technology and validating use-cases that the team considers important to our end-state architecture.</li> <li>Liaise with the security team to consult on security requirements and processes.</li> <li>Benchmark the market looking for competitive solutions.</li> <li>Drive prototyping and implementation of new design in reference website environment.</li> <li>Provide recommendations and support for Web mastering activities to agencies and markets who are the business users of the Platform.</li> <li>Deliver cookbooks for feature implementation.</li> <li>Share UX/UI and web mastering best practices with the business users.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We offer you </strong><br/>We offer more than just a job. Our state-of-the-art campus is dog friendly and equipped with a medical center, canteen and areas to co-create network and chill!</li> <li><strong>Recreation activities</strong> such as yoga, Zumba, etc. and a wide range of volunteering activities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Minimum qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience. </li> <li>We welcome ex-developer profiles with career ambition to transition to UX/UI Product Owners as well as business product owners who are technically savvy and able to evaluate feasibility of the design into Magento/Adobe Commerce.</li> <li>Experience working in an eCommerce delivery team, using agile methodologies.</li> <li>Magento, Adobe Commerce strong hands-on experience (in Omni-Channel context). </li> <li>Product Owner Experience. </li> <li>Magento / Adobe Commerce UX/ UI implementation over Luma or Hyvä Themes.</li> <li>Experience extending or customizing Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Enterprise) - experience with other frameworks such as Drupal, Demandware, Hybris and/or OS Commerce is a plus.</li> <li>Extensive experience developing websites, back-end integrations</li> <li>Extensive experience with PHP 4/5, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, MySQL and familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and other JS frameworks.</li> <li>Good understanding of Web Analytics and SEO techniques.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Bonus Points if you have: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience and knowledge on Accessibility requirements.</li> <li>A/B Testing, via Optimizely.</li> <li>Experience/knowledge of Loyalty programs.</li> <li>Web Core Vitals optimization.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Not a 100% match?
