Do you have a drive to make loan applications easier for customers and the bank bt offering an optimal front end process? Join the Origination/Apply team within Consumer Lending. You will work with a team of front end developers to achieve our goals for growing Consumer Loans. You deliver major improvements to our application journey.

The team

As Customer Journey Expert/Productmanager you work together with a team of front end developers, designer and fellow CJE’s on optimizing our application journey.

We offer a unique learning experience in leading a team, setting and explaining priorities and to work on strategic objectives with many stakeholders.

Roles and responsibilities

We will gladly give you the responsibility to deliver on our strategic objectives.

As a new CJE/colleague:

• You take on the responsibility of improving and optimizing our application journey
• You lead the team of developers to optimize our front end processes
• You align well with all relevant stakeholders within and outside Consumer Lending
• You use your creativity to grasp any potential for growth
• You collect and analyse data on our performance.

We expect from you:

• Some relevant experience within ING (preferably as CJE)
• A solid experience as a Productmanager, Consultant or Customer Journey Expert
• Have a great interest and some experience in  customer facing front end
• Are a real teamplayer
• Think in possibilities
• Speak and read Dutch
