Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager and Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Oracle ERP systems and adjacent platforms. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting projects related to these systems, translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing business actions and testing for quarterly Oracle Cloud patches, and ensuring successful project implementation.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Project Management:
   • Plan, execute, and finalize projects within specified timelines and budgets.
   • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
   • Manage business actions and testing for quarterly Oracle Cloud patches.
   • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
   • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report on project status to stakeholders.
2. Business Analysis:
   • Engage with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
   • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements.
   • Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
   • Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and enhancements.
3. ERP Expertise:
   • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP to support and enhance existing systems.
   • Evaluate and recommend ERP system configurations and enhancements.
   • Collaborate with technical teams to implement ERP solutions, including integrations with Synchrono, RF-Smart, and Salesforce.
4. Documentation:
   • Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and technical specifications.
   • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure accessibility to relevant stakeholders.
   • Develop user manuals and training materials as needed and working with business leaders for training activities.
