Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA)Location: Albuquerque, NMPosition Type: 1099 ContractWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) to provide high-quality in-home care to patients in the Albuquerque area. This role focuses on supporting patients with activities of daily living and personal care services, delivered in accordance with a physician-established plan of care.Care will be provided in the patient’s residence, requiring professionalism, empathy, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the care team.Schedule Requirements:Monday–Friday7:00 AM – 7:00 PMTotal weekly hours: Approximately 60 hoursKey Responsibilities:Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and basic care needsProvide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home settingObserve and report changes in patient condition in accordance with care protocolsFollow physician-directed care plans and organizational standardsMaintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety at all timesQualifications:Active CNA or MA certificationExperience providing in-home or patient-centered care preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable transportation and ability to travel to patient residencesAbility to pass a background checkAdditional Information:This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunityOffers of engagement are contingent upon successful completion of a background check

Qualifications
