Product Owner - MobiLab’s Cloud Labs (German & English speaking)(M/F/D)

We are looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of MobiLab’s Cloud Labs, leading our cloud labs product offering from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our cloud migrations are continuously optimised, automated, and ready for efficient deployment by our delivery teams across customer projects.

That’s what it’s about

• Ownership and Delivery: Take full responsibility for the successful execution and ongoing development of MobiLab’s Cloud Migration Labs.
• Runbook Management: Ensure all migration runbooks (Windows Server, Linux Server, AVD, AVS, etc.) are kept up to date, thoroughly tested, and ready for deployment.
• Automation-Driven Execution: Collaborate with the engineering team to maximize automation across all migration workflows, improving efficiency with each iteration.
• Migration Efficiency and KPI Ownership: Optimize the entire migration lifecycle—from installing migration appliances to executing test migrations and scaling out—while minimizing rollbacks.
• Cloud Lab as a Product: Treat our Cloud Migration Lab as a product, ensuring it contributes to the success of our cloud adoption strategy.
• Engineering Team Leadership: Work closely with system engineers, cloud engineers, and a tech lead to ensure alignment in delivering high-quality, automated migration solutions.
• Iterative Product Releases: Ensure each new iteration of our cloud migration lab is launched without impacting production-grade stability.
• Error Rate Reduction: Focus on minimising errors and failures in cloud migrations to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

This is you

Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in cloud migration, cloud adoption, or infrastructure automation.

• Understanding of product development methodologies.
• Experience leading product engineering teams in an iterative product development environment.
• Ability to manage technical debt, balance speed and stability, and drive continuous improvement in migration efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs, error reduction, and process optimisation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment with a strong sense of ownership.
