What we do.

We’re the market leader in the UK fresh prepared food industry - supplying meals, salads, desserts, pizza and bread to leading grocery retailers including Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose.

 

About the role.

Billing:

• Create accurate and timely sales invoices.
• Verify and reflect correct sales orders/invoices information.
• Approve or reject sales invoices appropriately.

Credit Management:

• Review and assess new credit requests and credit limit adjustments.
• Prepare recommendations for approval/rejection.
• Regularly review customer credit limits and generate credit reports.

Accounts Receivables & Revenue Reconciliations:

• Analyze AR ageing reports and evaluate bad debt levels.
• Verify reconciliations and supervise payment tracking.
• Resolve escalations and ensure timely debt collection.

Debit Note Resolution & Cash Application:

• Review and reconcile debit notes and customer deductions.
• Ensure accurate and timely cash application.
• Resolve unallocated cash issues.

Dispute Management:

• Monitor and classify dispute cases.
• Support dispute resolution and perform root cause analysis.

Query Resolution:

• Assist in resolving sales order and invoice settlement queries.
• Address internal customer escalations and enquiries.

Audit & Internal Controls:

• Support auditors with OTC documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance.
• Conduct regular account reviews and financial analysis.

People Management:

• Build strong team relationships and provide training.
• Conduct performance revie
