West Monroe is seeking a Senior Manager to join the West Monroe People Team, providing Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy and services in support of internal change initiatives. The first initiative this resource will support is to help drive awareness and adoption of AI and Gen AI solutions with the West Monroe workforce. Future initiatives could include leading change efforts across business, technology, workflow, organizational, and cultural shifts critical to business success.
We are seeking a candidate with 8+ years of project, program, and enterprise organizational change management experience. As a Senior Manager on a newly established internal change management team, you will serve our internal clients focusing on change management strategies to shift mindsets and behaviors and drive adoption. In this role, you will lead efforts to co-create with employees the solutions that will have the greatest impact, and leverage leadership engagement, communications, learning solutions, performance management, and organization alignment strategies to drive behavior change. The inaugural member of the future internal change team, this individual will also work to establish change methodology and approach for West Monroe. You will be required to strategize, plan, and roll up your sleeves to deliver outstanding results!

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end change management efforts for enterprise rollouts, change, or other initiatives
- Work directly with internal clients to identify and document organizational impacts of change initiatives and drive understanding and adoption
- Lead stakeholder analysis efforts and change management strategy development
- Develop integrated approaches and plans in concert with industry and solution line teams as well as the Shared Services teams (i.e. both consulting and corporate employees)
- Manage execution of change initiatives and relationships
- Leverage and work with resources across the organization to bring the best solution to bear
- Enable initiative-specific change management strategies through various activities, such as:
- Developing and executing comprehensive organizational change management strategies and plans
- Co-creating solutions and change management strategies with internal clients and impacted stakeholders
- Evaluating and potentially evolving governance framework
- Identifying change risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Leading the development and execution of communication strategies and plans
- Analyzing learning needs, developing learning approaches and curricula, and leading the development of in-person, virtual, and on-demand learning programs
- Leading/organizing (and in some cases, conducting) train-the-trainer sessions and classroom-based learning sessions
- Managing stakeholder expectations and engagement
- Assessing and embedding process and workflow changes required (e.g. – Quality Assurance, pricing, deliverable development, etc.)
- Developing effective approaches for sustaining and fully realizing change goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor for senior leaders and be able to effectively influence outcomes
- Ensure the readiness of organization(s) for a variety of changes including new technology/processes, mergers/acquisitions, new organization operating model, or other change efforts
- Participate in and support the national team in development and enhancements to West Monroe Change Management methodologies, tools, and other collateral
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience required
- Must have experience working with internal and/or external clients in a team-based professional consulting capacity providing organizational change management services
- 10+ years’ experience providing change management solutions in support of large-scale process/technology projects and/or other transformational initiatives
- Experience in change management areas such as stakeholder identification and impact analysis; communications; learning and enablement; leadership engagement and development; governance; performance management; and change network management
- Demonstrated success in applying change management methodologies, such as Prosci’s ADKAR model or ACMP’s Standard for Change Management©
- Strong project management methodology background, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management experience
- Demonstrated success providing organizational change management services within a professional serv
