Position Summary
The Product Analyst / Mid-Level (UKG WFM Configuration Analyst) will be part of the team Remotely or in Nashville, TN. In this role you will provide support for a large project to migrate timekeeping from legacy Kronos iSeries to the new UKG Workforce Management cloud solution.
Responsibilities
- Provide analysis and product configuration to include pay rule/work rule setup, clock configuration, hyperfind and data view builds
- Assist with go-lives
- Provide operational support
- Resolving incident tickets
- Technical support work – things like badge swipe and getting error on the clock, in WFM and getting this error, we can train on how to remote into clock and clock troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with UKG Workforce Management
- Familiar with creating payrolls and paycodes
- Kronos iSeries (or similar) knowledge
