You will undertake a variety of tasks such as entering payroll information, calculating wages, superannuation management and making payments.<br/>An excellent account assistant/payroll clerk has great understanding of the concept of confidentiality. You will be experienced in entering data with attention to detail and will have good maths skills to make the necessary calculations. The ideal candidate will be a thorough professional with good communication abilities.<br/>The goal is to carry out all payroll procedures with speed and accuracy. <h3>The Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Data entry from HR system to Payroll system</li><li>Assistant in onboarding/off boarding</li><li>Record all adjustments through necessary Slack channels</li><li>Maintain accuracy of our payroll system</li><li>Answer questions regarding payroll</li><li>Facilitate any flex benefit transactions &amp; ESOP updates</li><li>Leave management</li><li>Manage US payroll deductions</li><li>Assist with Parental leave calculation</li><li>Assist with Payroll tax calculations</li><li>Superannuation management</li><li>Assist with Work Safe calculations</li></ul> <h3>The Requirements:</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with data entry from an HR system</li><li>Familiarity with general accounting principles</li><li>Proven experience as a payroll manager/ accounting assistant</li><li>Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality</li><li>Outstanding organisational and time management skills</li></ul>The Linktree Story<br/>We created and defined the “link in bio” category in 2016 to solve a common pain point for creators, brands and businesses: they had no way to consolidate their content and digital identities.
