About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead, drive and coordinate Third Party Risk Management work efforts across front and second line groups. The successful candidate will have deep experience planning, organizing and executing cross enterprise-level work, building teams, and managing stakeholder groups to drive complex, high-priority programs through to completion.
The successful candidate will work closely with other senior leaders across Independent Risk Management, Corporate Functions, and Front Line in the development and execution of strategic and risk management priorities. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have the ability to perform under tight deadlines and has a strong background in project management, specifically successful execution of large, enterprise-wide projects and programs. Critical success factors will include the ability to develop partnerships and influence positive outcomes with many business and functional areas and provide execution excellence for risk management.
In this role, you will:
Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique Third Party Risk Management and Data Remediation challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
7+ years of Project Management/ Execution experience in a complex regulatory environment
3-5+ years of experience in consulting, risk, data or operations roles
Advanced MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel skills
Strong Change Management / Program Management expertise
Proven self-motivated and comfortable operating in large transformational programs as part of collaborate teams
7+ years’ experience working within the Financial Services Industry
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding Third Party Risk Management and Data governance requirements
Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: process improvements, continuous improvement, or LEAN
