Headquartered in Germany, and incorporated in the United States, Italy and Spain, we are committed to informing decision makers of current and prospected cyber and geopolitical threats by providing Finished Intelligence, tailor-made for their organization.
In July 2023 we raised a 5M EUR seed financing round, and we're ramping up our growth!
Our People Team works to acquire and retain talent, ensuring everyone at QuoIntelligence is engaged and able to give their very best. We are looking for our first Talent Acquisiton and Development resource who will be key in scaling our company from 40 to 100 employees over the next 2 years.
Job Description
In this role, you will report directly to our COO and will be responsible for the following core areas:
- 360 recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, assessment generation, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding.
- Talent Development: support supervisors and colleagues across the business in the yearly performance management cycles, setting up a new review framework, driving succession planning...
- Internal stakeholder management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment and people development process.
- TA Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-offer-accepted, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline.
- TA & TD Tech Stack: monitor and pitch the latest talent acquisition technology, when relevant.
- Pipelining: Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future roles.
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
- Act as a culture gatekeeper: ensure we continue to grow the company in line with our core values.
Should performance exceed expectations, and should the company continue its amazing growth journey, this role may eventually provide the opportunity to set up a small TA team.
In the coming 12 months, we would expect the following key deliverables:
- Deliver 35 hires internally, with less than 10% external agency use. Those are mostly in the technology and revenue departments.
- Time to offer accepted under 2022's average (42 calendar days)
- Participate in our Culture Project to establish our Employer Brand, including the definition of our EVP for different candidate personas
- Work with our Revenue and Technology departments to design & deploy a careers website
- Establishment of a curated candidate pool in our CRM, with regular communication being sent to prospects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, law, or equivalent. Alternatively, 4 additional years of experience in a similar role.
- 3 years of experience as Talent Acquisition professional delivering into European markets. Strong preference for experience within Cybersecurity / IoT / Data industries.
- A proven track record of delivering hiring volumes on time and on budget. Familiarity with modern TA Tech stack is a must.
- Good understanding of Talent Development processes, state of the art practices and systems.
- Experience in a fast-growing tech environment.
- People person, who is service orientated, data-driven with a strong analytical mindset.
- Highly collaborative and adaptable approach, cultivating an environment of trust, inclusion, and belonging.
- Ability to juggle many competing priorities at once, while keeping a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English. Spanish / Italian / German are nice to have, as we have our colleagues spread across USA/DE/ES/IT.
- EU Passport or Permanent Residency in Spain

What's the pay like?
For this job and country, the band we have set starts at 53,000€ TTC. This is:
- Base Salary: starts at 45,000 gross annual salary
- Bonus: 10% of annual gross base salary
- Benefits: 3,500€ for Year1 as outlined below.
