About the Role

We’re hiring a leader to own the applications that make Agtonomy’s product feel effortless: beautiful, intuitive web & mobile experiences. If you’ve built consumer-grade UX on top of serious backend systems, you’ll thrive here.

This role is responsible for how people interact with Agtonomy’s autonomy system in practice: how operators plan work, monitor fleets, resolve issues, and understand what is happening in the field. You’ll own the mobile and web application layer across customer-facing products and internal tools, partnering closely with Product, Design, Autonomy, Cloud/Backend/Infrastructure, Platform Software, QA, and Operations.

You’ll be accountable for turning complex real-world workflows into simple, reliable, high-polish application experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build great software products, raise UX quality, scale application teams, and ship quickly.
