Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU – Full-Time – Nights
Location: Hudson, FL
Salary: $33.00 – $46.00 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
Relocation Assistance: Case by Case
Overview
A 392-bed acute care hospital in Hudson, FL is seeking ICU RNs to provide critical care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and is recognized for cardiac, stroke, neurosurgery, and orthopedic care. Candidates will join a team-focused environment with state-of-the-art ICU facilities.
Shifts Available
- Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of critically ill patients
- Monitor and manage ventilated patients, vasoactive medications, and telemetry
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain and review patient records, test results, and care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medication management
Requirements
- Active RN license in Florida (or Compact License with FL application)
- ASN or Nursing Diploma required (BSN preferred)
- Previous acute care ICU experience required
- BLS certification required (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 6 months of hire
- Critical thinking and strong communication skills
- Candidates with MICU, SICU, and CSU experience will be considered
