Our talented and dedicated professionals are committed to making an impact every day.</p> <p><strong>Company Culture Guidelines & Values:</strong></p> <ul> <li>We empower and support our colleagues</li> <li>We commit to client success at every turn</li> <li>We have the courage to do the right thing</li> <li>We encourage an inclusive environment where our colleagues feel respected, engaged, and challenged.</li> <li>We constantly acquire new skills and learn from our experiences to enhance our collective expertise</li> </ul></div><p><strong>Project Coordinator Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support Project Managers with developing and maintaining project schedules, risk registers, action item logs, and project documentation</li> <li>Track project milestones, deliverables, KPIs, resources, and risks; identify potential impacts and escalate issues to project leadership</li> <li>Prepare project status reports, metrics, financial updates, forecasts, budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, and governance presentations</li> <li>Coordinate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, action tracking, governance reviews, stage-gates, and leadership updates</li> <li>Support change management, procurement, sourcing, contracting, and other project execution activities to maintain scope, schedule, and budget alignment</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and other stakeholders while supporting resource planning, project lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical-related technical discipline</li> <li>1+ years of experience supporting projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechno
