THE JOB 

As a Lounge Server at Bellagio, you’ll be the face of exceptional hospitality, delivering WOW-worthy experiences with your friendly demeanor and top-notch service. By attentively understanding and anticipating guests' unique preferences, you’ll create moments of joy and delight that make every visit unforgettable and leave a lasting impression long after they’ve left the lounge.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.1037 hourly plus tips

THE DAY TO DAY 

• Serve beverages across multiple bars and lounges at Bellagio including baccarat, sports book, and showroom.

• Communicating orders accurately into system through the Bartender and verifying transmission. 

• Completing opening side duties such as folding and stacking cocktail napkins, stocking swizzle sticks, straws, matches, and lining cocktail trays. 

• Ensuring glassware is stocked and supply cabinets are replenished

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of available liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections offered on the casino floor

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 

• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Previous cocktail or food server experience preferred

• In-depth knowledge of various liquors, spirits, wines, and cocktails, with the ability to recommend and serve beverages that enhance the guest experience.

• Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.
