Maintenance Process Digitization LeaderSummary:
The Maintenance Process Digitization Leader is a key leadership role responsible for driving excellence in maintenance planning, continuous improvement, digitization, training, and safety. This position leads a team of five planners and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure maintenance processes are efficient, standardized, and aligned with business goals.Responsibilities Include:
Team Leadership & Planning
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 maintenance planners to ensure effective scheduling and execution of maintenance activities.
- Oversee the development and optimization of preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Ensure alignment of planning activities with production and reliability goals.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.
- Analyze maintenance KPIs and drive initiatives to improve equipment uptime, reduce costs, and enhance reliability.
- Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) sessions.
Digitization & Systems
- Champion the adoption and integration of digital tools to enhance maintenance efficiency and data accuracy.
- Lead initiatives to digitize workflows, reporting, and asset management processes.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement smart maintenance technologies
Training & Development
- Develop and deliver training programs for planners, technicians, and other stakeholders on maintenance best practices, systems, and safety.
- Maintain a skills matrix and ensure continuous development of team capabilities.
Safety & Compliance
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Support incident investigations and drive proactive safety improvements.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field
5+ years manufacturing experience
Strong knowledge of SAP systems and maintenance planning tools
The following are preferred for the role:
Proven experience in leading continuous improvement and digitization initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Maintenance Reliability
Knowledge of basic project management practices
Prior maintenance supervision, scheduling, or planning experience

What We Offer:
Base Pay Range: $85,000 - $124,300The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
