About the Role:
Nandail Property Management is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to help maintain our properties in Somerset, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure all systems are functioning smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Respond to tenant repair requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle general repairs and upkeep of properties
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and ensure a clean work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in property maintenance (preferred)
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
