Job Description:

Dive into a dynamic role where you'll handle inbound inquiries about customer invoices and account balances, process invoice adjustments, and create or modify customer accounts. You'll gather crucial credit information from banks, trade associations, and salespeople, and make key decisions on customer orders. Come join the team in our Brillion, WI location today!

THE DAY TO DAY...

  • Answer in-bound questions on customer invoices and account balances
  • Complete necessary documentation to process invoice adjustments
  • Create/modify customer accounts using assigned data
  • Contact banks, trade & credit associations, salespeople, and others to obtain credit information
  • Approve, hold, or deny customer orders and transfers based on the status of the customer's account
  • Manage collections & account receivables, through outbound collection calls
  • Maintain positive relationships and open communication with external and internal customers
  • Reconcile dealer payments when the intended application is unclear
  • Assist external finance companies when necessary

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year office experience, preferred
  • Experience in outbound calling or customer service, preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel
