Senior/Mid-Level UI/UX Designer for Mobile App and E-Shop - E-Commerce

We face every challenge head-on.</p><p>We are looking for <strong>a UI/UX designer with</strong> <strong>e-commerce</strong> experience to contribute primarily to the development of our new <strong>mobile app</strong>. Additionally, you’ll help continuously improve our e-shop and unify the visual identity of both platforms through a design system.</p><p>We are seeking a team player with an eye for detail, openness to constructive feedback, and a proactive approach to work and personal growth.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong>Mobile App:</strong> Design and develop our mobile app, which is currently our top priority.</p></li><li><p><strong>E-Shop:</strong> Collaborate on enhancing our e-shop to deliver an even better user experience.</p></li><li><p><strong>Design System:</strong> Co-create and manage a design system to ensure consistency across all products.</p></li><li><p><strong>Interface Design:</strong> Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs with a focus on modern and intuitive interfaces.</p></li><li><p><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with the team, the product manager, and the CEO, who actively contributes to the direction of the designs.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>What We Expect from You</strong></h3><ul><li><p>A Figma portfolio or relevant work samples showcasing your skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to design modern and user-friendly interfaces for <strong>mobile apps and e-commerce platforms</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (coding is not required, but understanding technical constraints and opportunities is essential).</p></li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>What You Can Expect from Us</strong></h3><ul><li><p>An informal and fast-paced environment where you can implement your ideas immediately.</p></li><li><p>Work that will never bore you – our year-over-year growth of 100% is proof of that.</p></li><li><p>5 weeks of vacation, flexible working hours, and the option to work remotely so you can balance your job with whatever else you love doing.</p></li><li><p>If you prefer the office, we’d love to see you in our modern spaces in Brno (Smetanova) or in Karlín at the Vilgain Health Store.
