Responsibilities

• Champion organizational change and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer service excellence.
• Lead team of business analysts and product owners
• Direct team on processes in partnership with the BPMO and IT teams, including project requirement documentation, business case development, resource planning and project execution.
• Manage dashboard view of project assignments and promote continuous process improvements.
• Define and direct formal communication methods and establish open and consistent communication with all levels within the organization. Facilitate inter-program communication.
• Provide direction and define, catalog and implement business analyst and product owner methodologies, tools and governance.
• Mature team members to develop competency and capabilities to enhance delivery and execution outcomes.
• Drive customer- focused view to develop and support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or equivalent experience.
• Ten years of strategic planning experience, including five years managing complex multisystem and/or multiple department projects.
