The Walmart+ Value Proposition team drives membership growth by expanding the member value proposition through the creation and optimization of benefits, offers and events.

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Manager to lead the Walmart+ Value Proposition Strategy, to help lead our financial services and third-party benefit strategy and development. You will be someone who can combine a member-first mindset, take a data-driven approach, and quickly achieve results for our members and for the business. You will be a team player and able to collaborate with partners across the organization.

What you'll do...

  • Support all stages of development for Walmart Cash and financial services strategy programs, partnering with relevant parties (e.g. acquisition and retention teams, financial services, and partnerships teams) to build, then launch and continue to improve these efforts.
  • Be the business lead for Walmart Cash, Financial services, and Limited Time Offer product experiences; prioritize new features and capabilities that increase member awareness and engagement.
  • Analyze performance of owned benefit areas, monitoring benefit utilization and impact to main membership metrics
  • Identify territories where external partnerships could bring valued third-party benefits or limited time offers to Walmart+ members and collaborate with Business Development team to determine the right partners and benefit constructs. 
  • Support Business Development team throughout deals flow.

What you'll bring...

  • 4+ years of experience within corporate business strategy 
  • 4+ years of experience leading complex business programs
  • 4+ years of experience leading loyalty currency programs
  • Experienced with customer behaviors and motivations
  • Accomplished with problem structuring and solving, getting to the heart of the problem
  • Excelled with cross-team collaboration within a large matrix organization
  • Experienced with turning both data and customer insights into applicable results
  • Strategic ownership and execution; always curious and taking ownership to improve
  • Comfortable with Executive-level communication
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex programs and initiatives
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and uncertainty in dynamic environments
