Within the Customer Support department and reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, you will provide Level 2 technical support for the Massey Ferguson brand.

 

Your Impact

 

• Responsible for handling inquiries related to product failure diagnostics, performance, and more for the European market (including technical cases on Salesforce, and phone contact).
• Develop PPR items (Technical Issues Reports) to aid the Product Performance team in identifying product issues while maintaining or improving product performance, reliability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to various countries or dealers as needed to understand and assist in problem-solving.
• Provide insights on highly technical warranty claims.           

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

 

• With a minimum education of a 2-year degree (such as BTS GDEA / agricultural equipment), you have solid technical skills in several areas (electronics, electrical, hydraulics, mechanics, etc.).
• Ideally, you have some technical experience with agricultural machinery
• Open-minded, good communication skills, and solution-oriented approach.
• You have a good level of English (both written and spoken) to operate in an international environment.
• Able to travel internationally  10-15% of the time.
