Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Google Grants Manager to oversee and optimize our Google Ad Grants program. This role is crucial in maximizing the impact of our digital marketing efforts, ensuring compliance with Google’s grant policies, and driving meaningful traffic to our organization’s online resources.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ad Grants accounts to ensure compliance with Google’s policies while maximizing performance.
• Develop, launch, and monitor PPC campaigns tailored to organizational goals, ensuring they align with Google Grants best practices.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to improve ad relevance, CTR, and conversions.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all campaigns adhere to Google Grants requirements and stay updated on changes in policies.
• Implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and bid adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• English fluency at C1 or C2 level
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• +2 years experience managing Google Ad Grants campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly
