St. Barnabas is looking for a Physical Therapist! 

• Salary Range: $35 to $42 per hour, based on experience
• Job Type: Part-Time
• Shifts: Morning, Afternoon, and Evenings 

What You Will Do:

• Directs evaluation and development of the rehabilitative plan of care and in periodic pre-evaluation as indicated
• Assists in teaching exercise programs to client and family
• Consults with the rehab team regarding the outcome of home visits and reports physical findings
• Writes daily progress notes on client and submits daily
• Confirms on a weekly basis the scheduling of visits

• Plans, implements and evaluates patient/client care plans to restore or maintain patient/client well-being.

• Plans, organizes and conducts physical therapy treatment program based on the medical referral and their evaluation. Participates in the coordination of care.

• Develops and evaluates the plan of care in partnership with the patient/client

• Plans and provides appropriate treatment for neuro-muscular, neurological and orthopedic disorders based on medical referral and therapy assessment.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.

• Current state license or compact license to practice Physical Therapy.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
