Service Clerk - Dispatcher/Data Entry

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary Recruitment of new contractors, gather information, and records information into computer by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Recruitment & vetting of new contractors

Maintenance of contractor insurance, billing rates, contract agreements

Assign service work orders to field technicians

Review and process of contractor invoices

Answer incoming phone calls and e-mail inquiries promptly, thoroughly, courteously and accurately

Interface between homeowners, retailers, contractors and Champion Home Builders to resolve any business or warranty related issues

Interpret and explain scope of coverage to retailers, homeowners, or contractors

Write accurate service orders for contractors and technicians to complete field service work

Take ownership of specific individual duties as assigned by supervisors

Able to work without close supervision

Manages duties using proprietary software

Create & maintain weekly reports

Revise and maintain spreadsheets and reports of great importance

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in manufactured/modular housing desired
• Valid Driver's License
