The Opportunity

Our location in Abbott Park, IL, currently has an opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager, Nutrition Strategy and Cash Flow. 

Reporting to the Director Finance the Senior Finance Manager, Nutrition Strategy and Cash Flow will be responsible for the following Core Job Responsibilities: 

WHAT YOU’LL DO  

• Leadership: 
  • Lead and manage deliverables spanning across the organization across various levels and functions.
  • Lead cross functional project team and/or provide financial support to strategic projects.
• Executive communication: 
  • Prepare and present strategic project proposals and/or status updates to senior management.
  • Prepare and support executive messaging, while understanding your audience  
• Strategic FP&A Support: Support the division in activities related to business strategies, management/executive reporting, and presentations by providing financial leadership, direction, and analysis, while working closely with senior business leaders. 
  • Serve as dedicated financial support to the Division’s Strategy team
  • Lead development of Finance deliverables for OEM (5-year plan)  
  • Lead and/or support executive leadership presentations (including BOD, Corp Officer)
  • Perform and / or coordinate other ad hoc work as needed.
• Balance Sheet and Cash Flow:  Lead the consolidation and Total Division analytics for Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Manufacturing divisions to develop and prepare holistic analytics of the balance sheet and connection to P&L movements.
  • Support Cash Flow improvement projects.
• This position manages one Supervisor of Finance.
