YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

You will own a portfolio of Mid-market clients in both Ireland and Italy, and you will be responsible for developing this portfolio through client retention, upselling and cross-selling our B2B solutions. 
You will build a strong relationship with your top customers and engage with clients across the entire national territory. 

Additionally, you will create operational rhythm, establish and track KPIs, analyse business growth, market trends and other key metrics to drive new business opportunities within existing clients and ensure resolution of business challenges.

You will also work closely with Product, Sales Ops, Customer Support, Legal, Sales Managers and other cross-functional stakeholders to further develop our customers. You serve as the primary FREENOW point of contact for all internal questions, escalations and service improvements regarding Mid-market in your regions.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Relevant professional experience in a fast paced environment, ideally with Mid-Market Accounts, for example as Customer Success Manager or an Account Manager

• Strong analytical skills to identify high-impact opportunities and objectively evaluate projects

• Ability to develop a strategy and communicate it clearly 

• Ability to effectively influence top leaders internally and within the industry

• Local knowledge - you must have solid commercial experience in the Irish market

• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in English; fluent Italian is a plus
