We have current opening for a Seasonal Recruiter (Temporary) to work with our Recruiting Team through the summer months. We will entertain W-2 or 1099 candidates for a 4+/- month time frame. 

This role establishes key relationships with our Recruiting team along with existing and Branch Leaders in order to offer targeted support for the company’s recruitment efforts. Incumbents in this position should be highly driven by recruitment metrics and have the ability to maintain accurate reporting of applicant tracking. Highly qualified candidates must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest in the company, as well as assisting the human resources and the recruitment team in maintaining accurate records..

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
• Conduct personal interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions 
• Perform thorough reference checks
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Interact with our human resources team which handles on-boarding freeing up your time to stay focused on recruiting and building your candidate pipeline
• Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience 
• Proven track record of success in recruiting
• Highly competitive, energetic, and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for recruiting A-player professionals
• Ability to multitask, problem solve and assist branch leaders in managing candidate relationships
