Job Description
The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. As a Clinical Operations Intern in Animal Health Clinical Research & Development at our Company, you will have the opportunity to gain experience and contribute to a variety of clinical R&D (Research & Development) projects.
Under the supervision of experienced professionals, you will support various aspects of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols. This internship is designed to provide valuable exposure to the field of veterinary clinical research and operations.
Job Description
Work location is mainly in our headquarters in Rahway NJ, working alongside our Clinical Scientists, Monitors and Specialists supporting the planning, conduct, and reporting of Clinical Trials. These trials will support the regulatory approval of new companion animal and livestock products. These studies must be conducted in compliance with the requirements of Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Assignments may be designed to develop professional knowledge and to provide broad experience and familiarization with our Company methods, standards, procedures, and practices.
Education
Candidates must have a High School diploma and be currently enrolled in a College/University undergraduate or graduate program.
Undergraduate candidates must have completed at least two (2) years of studies towards a Bachelor’s degree by June 2026 in Animal Science, Biology or Veterinary-related majors.
Required Experience and Skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to adapt to various electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Experience & Skills
3.0 GPA
Animal Science or some direct Veterinary experience is a strong plus (work experience in a farm or veterinary clinic).

Salary range:
The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
