Consultant – Talent Management and Strategic projects

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Consultant to support a range of talent management initiatives and strategic projects. This individual will partner with key stakeholders to help design, implement, and enhance programs that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of talent management strategies and initiatives.

• Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to inform program development and best practices.

• Assist with project management activities across various strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support organizational priorities.

• Draft communications, reports, and presentations related to project deliverables.

• Provide general consulting support as needed on special projects related to talent development, workforce planning, and organizational strategy.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR consulting.

• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
