Evaluates, administers and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, establishes Physical Therapy plans of care and goals; re-assesses patient’s progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation
Education:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Experience:
New graduates acceptable
Licenses/Certificates:
IL Board Certified / Eligible; BLS within 30 days
