The Opportunity
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CFO and CPO. This role requires you to live in the Eastern timezone.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant who aspires to grow beyond the traditional boundaries of the role. The ideal candidate is not just focused on day-to-day tasks but is driven to take on larger responsibilities and contribute meaningfully to the strategic and operational success of the company.
You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing all travel arrangements, and being onsite for specific engagements. Beyond these responsibilities, we expect you to take ownership of projects from start to finish, operationalize and streamline business processes, and actively support the CPO and CFO in achieving their goals.
The ideal candidate is analytically-minded, fast-paced, and detail-oriented, with a passion for improving systems and driving efficiency. If you are excited about contributing at a high level and growing with our organization, we want to hear from you.
The Skillset
An exceptional ability to build strong relationships with many types of people in a variety of roles, especially executive leadership
Previous experience scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executives
Outstanding ability to proactively solve problems and prioritize time and tasks
Are trustworthy, reliable, and maintain strict confidentiality
Past experience being a strategic thought partner to executives
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without being asked
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks with minimal supervision
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for keeping key stakeholders aligned and informed
A proven track record of stepping beyond the traditional EA role to take on projects and responsibilities that support broader business goals
An unwavering commitment to excellence and a “no-task-is-too-small” attitude
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to adapt and problem-solve in dynamic situations
