We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of our facilities with a focus on efficiency and excellence. This role requires a systems-minded leader who is tech-savvy and thrives on delivering quality service. You’ll manage and optimize maintenance operations to uphold our luxury standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure all tasks meet our luxury standards.
• Implement and optimize maintenance systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage inventory and ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are maintained and readily available.
• Use technology solutions for efficient maintenance operations and streamlined processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, working closely with other department

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Strategic planning to maximize property use.
• Excellent communication skills for clear, effective coordination.
• Tech-savvy with cloud-based management systems.
• Systems-oriented approach to organize and optimize maintenance tasks.
• Experience in hospitality or other service-driven environments.

Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience
