Job Description Summary

The Clinical Research Coordinator B (CRC-B) will report directly to a Project Manager within the 2-PREVENT Breast Cancer Translational Center of Excellence (TCE) and will focus on coordinating non-therapeutic longitudinal and observational protocols. The CRC-B will have the following responsibilities: 1) Coordinate patient activities on TCE observational protocols: serve as primary study contact for providers, track patient referrals, screen patients for eligibility, coordinate enrollment, schedule study visits and procedures, attend sample collection procedures, ensure all biospecimens are collected, processed, and shipped and/or submitted per protocol requirements, 2) Coordinate patient and site activities for a multi-site observational study in metastatic breast cancer run through the Translational Breast Cancer Research Consortium (TBCRC), 3) Track large cohorts of enrolled study participants throughout the protocol follow up period, coordinate follow up procedures per protocol windows, collect follow up specimens according to protocol requirements, 4) Organize and maintain subject research charts, ensure study documentation is complete and accurate, collect and enter study data into study databases, complete case report forms per protocol guidelines and resolve data queries, prepare study data for monitoring visits and audits, 5) Assist the TCE Project Manager, Program Director, and/or PI with preparing materials for reports, meetings, presentations, and regulatory submissions.
