Quality Engineering Internship – Hands-On Experience with Real-World Impact
Are you a junior-level engineering student ready to apply your classroom knowledge in a dynamic, real-world environment? Join our Quality Department as a Quality Engineering Intern and get involved in projects that directly impact the performance, precision, and reliability of our products for major clients like Airbus, Swagelok, and Boeing Defense.
What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate on high-impact quality projects and drive improvements across processes and products.
• Dive into root cause analysis by collecting process data, reviewing products, and monitoring key quality metrics.
• Use tools like Minitab and SQCPack to conduct statistical capability analysis and work alongside our Quality and Process Engineers to identify and address problem areas.
• Apply your CAD skills (SPID Project) to revise and update sample location drawings, ensuring compliance with the latest SFS system.
• Support the development of Defect Guides and standardized process documentation that empowers inspection and quality assurance teams.
• Conduct in-depth process reviews tied to performance concerns and assist in identifying root causes and solutions.

Your Background:
• Currently enrolled as a Junior in an Engineering, Quality, or related technical program
• Familiar with CAD software and basic statistical tools
• Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity for solving complex problems
Internship Goal:
Help shape our future quality systems by developing standardized reporting templates for various product shapes—tools that will enable quick, data-driven decision-making and ongoing process optimization.
