The position
As an Advanced Maintenance Professional at Novo Nordisk, your main responsibility will be to drive optimal performance of the Assembly and Packaging Lines and define the strategy for reliable line setup.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the stability of our production equipment
  • Deep dive into the compliance aspect of the data collection and usage
  • Systematic problem-solving as well as troubleshooting IT and automation problems
  • Completing documentation with a high level of detail
  • Developing the Skilled Workers and Technicians’ knowledge
  • Validation – using a Science and Risk-based Validation (SRV) approach 

 

You can expect that you over time will be a part of on-call duty where you potentially will be needed at the production site during evening shift.

 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect that you have:

  • An academic degree within Automation Engineering, Data Science, Mathematical Modelling or similar
  • At least a few years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Ability to write reports and documents with a high level of quality
  • Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish will be considered an advantage

 

Additionally, you are willing to support a production site in Kalundborg, which at times can be characterized by a very dynamic and demanding working environment.

 

As a person, you are naturally curious and diligent with the ability to quickly learn about complex processes and equipment. You have a sharp analytical sense, which makes it easy for you to pin-point challenges and see connection between processes, materials, and equipment. Lastly, you possess excellent communication skills, and you are able to build relations cross-functionally and globally.

 

About the department
The Advanced Maintenance Professional position is based in IFP, Kalundborg. IFP is a dynamic and fast-paced department located in Denmark. With a team of dedicated professionals, we work towards ensuring technical stability and operational efficiency in our Oral Finished Production lines.
