Senior Site Reliability Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLETeikametrics is looking for an SRE to help us build and maintain our cloud infrastructure that hosts Teikametrics applications and systems, and help build tools and best practices for efficient software development and deployment.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME

• Build software and systems to manage production infrastructure and applications
• Improve the reliability and quality of our applications and data platforms
• Building tools to implement security best practices
• Creating reusable and immutable infrastructure with Terraform
• Working with application developers to help deploy new services and optimize the performance of current ones
• Continuously improve our infrastructure with monitoring, logging, and alerting

WHO YOU ARE

• 4+ years of professional experience
• Experience with at least one scripting language such as Bash or Python is required
• Hands-on experience with the following required: Cloud computing providers such as AWS, GCP, etc. Containerization technologies and tools such as Docker, Infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus and CI/CD tools like Argo, Jenkins

WHAT CAN HELP YOU STAND OUT

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS, GKE) or other container orchestration tools preferred
