Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector is seeking a Pricing Analyst/ Principal Pricing Analyst (can be hired at either level) to join the Maryland Pricing and Estimating Organization. This position will require you to work full time in the office. The preferred location is Linthicum, MD but we will consider this position being based out of another Northrop Grumman office.

What You Will Get To Do:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prepare Labor Estimates for proposal submittals by:

  • Understanding customer requirements through RFPs and other requests

  • Collaborate and coordinate with Operations Program Management to develop labor estimates

  • Ensuring compliance with Customer and FAR Regulatory Requirements

  • Ensure schedule adherence

  • Support proposal reviews with detailed Cost Estimating Relationship (CERs) Estimates including accompanying supporting data

  • Coordinate the collection and accumulation of hours, scheduling, and performance elements from internal customers

  • Research and analyze historical data

  • Interact with other functional areas to troubleshoot issues in support of proposal requirements and deadlines

  • Support customer / government audit engagements

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications for Pricing Analyst (A02):

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum 2 years of related experience or a Masters degree and a minimum of 1 year of related experience

  • Proposal/Pricing experience

  • Experience working in an environment that requires strong analytical and organizational skills.

Basic Qualifications for Principal Pricing Analyst (A03):

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum 5 years of related experience or a Masters degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience

  • Proposal/Pricing experience

  • Experience working in an environment that requires strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications for both levels:

  • Experience with government proposals

  • Active Secret level security clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $110,900.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $136,800.00
