Are you a driven and innovative professional with a passion for optimizing business processes and driving transformational change ? We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our Business Process Excellence team and help us enhance our operational efficiency. As key member of our organization, you will play an important role in shaping our processes, leveraging best practices and building culture of continuous improvement.
 
 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead the analysis, design, and improvement of commercial business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop strategies and solutions for process optimization, leveraging technology to enhance commercial operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align commercial processes with business strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate with ICT department to implement and oversee CRM systems and other digital tools (e.g., Digital Asset Management, Product Information Management, B2B Web Portal, etc.) to support commercial activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated commercial processes.
• Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organization.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify and implement best practices in commercial process management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and industry regulations in all commercial processes.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business process management, with a significant focus on commercial operations.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing successful commercial process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in process mapping and optimization tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM Salesforce, PIM, DAM systems, web portals and digital transformation in commercial operations.
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
