About your role:
- Sentry Managed Services within Fiserv provides shared managed technology and infrastructure solutions to banking and credit union clients. The SMS Solutions Product Manager leads product strategy for the Sentry Managed Solutions line, owning roadmap, go-to-market, vendor strategy, and profitability. This role drives product decisions that enable reliable, secure managed services and measurable revenue growth.
What you’ll do:
- Define and own the product roadmap and integration plan for the Sentry Managed Solutions portfolio, aligning product strategy with business objectives and market demands.
- Drive go-to-market strategy and coordinate sales enablement, pricing, and channel readiness to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
- Act as product owner and subject-matter expert for managed services offerings, translating client requirements into prioritized capabilities and delivery plans.
- Liaise between sales, delivery, engineering, and vendor partners to ensure smooth sales-to-delivery transitions and consistent service experience.
- Monitor product profitability, manage P&L drivers, and implement pricing and cost-control measures to improve margins.
- Develop and maintain service levels, SLAs, and operational metrics for new and existing services; partner with operations to meet delivery targets.
- Regularly engage with key financial-institution clients to capture evolving requirements and regulatory changes that impact product design and compliance.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- 10+ years of experience in product management for IT managed services or IT outsourcing product owner roles, including roadmap development and go-to-market execution.
- 10+ years of experience in cloud and remote infrastructure management (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure), including managed hosting and hybrid deployments.
- 8+ years of experience with security and compliance frameworks applicable to financial services, such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, and NIST.
- 8+ years of experience in vendor and third-party management, including contract negotiation, SLAs, and vendor risk assessments.
- 8+ years of experience in financial analysis and product profitability management, including P&L ownership, pricing models, cost accounting, and forecasting.
- 6+ years of experience in service delivery operations and ITIL-based incident/problem/change management, SLA definition and performance reporting.
- 6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMP certification.
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud) and product/roadmap tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Prior work with community banks or credit unions and familiarity with FFIEC guidance and NACHA operating rules.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reporting for senior stakeholders and boards.
- Background in managed security services or unified communications product offerings.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
Salary Range
$120,000.00 - $198,000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
